I'm an Associate Professor at Auburn University, where I research and teach composition and rhetoric. My research and teaching interests center on digital and multimodal writing, public writing, composition pedagogy, and research methodologies. My core concern with understanding and using writing technologies ethically, responsibly, and politically inevitably informs my work--my goal is always to empower teachers and students alike to use writing technologies critically and effectively.
